She integrates leading evidence‑based therapies—including ACT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and TheraPlay—to provide personalised, effective support.

Whether navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, or emotional overwhelm, clients appreciate Suborna’s ability to make them feel understood, supported, and empowered.
